Why Can I Not Connect My WordPress Site?
Not able to connect your WordPress site to Wordze, here are some common reasons why this may be the case.
You have not created a WordPress Application Password or you have not used an Admin account to create the WordPress Application Password. Please refer to this article for how to do this.
You do not have an Author or Editor user created in WordPress. To fix this, please create either an Author or Editor user in WordPress and try to connect again.
You are using some firewall plugin like Wordfence or some Login block plugin which is blocking the connection request. To fix this, please check the plugin settings and disable the option that is preventing the discovery of your username. For example, with Wordfence, you can find this option under the “Login Security Options” heading on the Wordfence options page.
