How To Get A Refund?

To get a refund, please get in touch with our support team. Log in, click on your name at the bottom left of the page and on Need Help?.




Then, select Contact the billing department as a reason, enter a subject and message and click on the Send button.




IMPORTANT: Wordze offers a 30-day refund period on first time orders and 7-day refund period on rebills. Paid access time or credits which you missed to use are not eligible for refund.
