# How To Get A Refund?

To get a refund, please get in touch with our support team. Log in, click on your name at the bottom left of the page and on **Need Help?**.

 Then, select **Contact the billing department** as a reason, enter a subject and message and click on the **Send** button.

| IMPORTANT: Wordze offers a 30-day refund period on first time orders and 7-day refund period on rebills. Paid access time or credits which you missed to use are not eligible for refund.
